Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flat Fee Tickets platform operated by Red Flame Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using flatfeetickets.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account. Ticket purchasers (buyers) must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

Organizers

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information about your organization and events
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the events you promote and the tickets you sell

Buyers

• You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information
• You are responsible for presenting valid tickets at event entry
• Ticket purchases are subject to the organizer's stated refund and cancellation policies

3. How the Platform Works

Flat Fee Tickets provides a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with ticket buyers.

For organizers: You set your ticket prices. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or per-ticket charges to you. You receive the full face value of every ticket sold, deposited directly into your connected Stripe account.

For buyers: You pay the ticket price set by the organizer, plus a service fee and applicable taxes. All fees are disclosed before you complete your purchase.

4. Payments and Payouts

• All payments are processed through Stripe Connect
• Organizers receive the full face value of each ticket sold
• Buyers pay the listed ticket price plus a service fee and applicable taxes
• Payout timing is governed by Stripe's standard payout schedule
• We do not hold organizer funds — payments flow directly through Stripe Connect to the organizer's account
• Refunds are handled according to the organizer's stated refund policy. Organizers are responsible for issuing refunds through the platform

5. Service Fee

A service fee is added to each ticket purchase at checkout and paid by the buyer. The service fee covers platform operation, customer support, and payment infrastructure. The service fee amount is displayed to the buyer before purchase is completed.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Flat Fee Tickets to:

• Sell tickets to events that violate any applicable law
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Sell counterfeit tickets or tickets to events you are not authorized to sell
• Circumvent or interfere with the platform's security features
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Resell tickets at inflated prices through our platform, unless explicitly permitted by the organizer

7. Intellectual Property

The Flat Fee Tickets platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Red Flame Media, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you upload (event descriptions, images, logos) remains your property. By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content in connection with operating the platform and promoting your events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Flat Fee Tickets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for event cancellations, changes, or the quality of events listed on our platform
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Flame Media, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform, other users, or our reputation. You may close your account at any time by contacting careteam@flatfeetickets.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts for completed events will still be processed through Stripe.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
