Is Flat Fee Tickets really free for organizers?
Yes. No setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no onboarding charges, and no per-ticket cost to you. A small service fee ($0.75–$1.50 based on your volume) is paid by the buyer at checkout. You receive the full face value of every ticket sold.
How does the service fee work?
The ticket buyer pays a small flat service fee ($0.75–$1.50 depending on your annual volume) plus a booking fee that covers Stripe processing. These are added at checkout on top of your ticket price. You, the organizer, receive the full face value of the ticket directly to your Stripe account.
Can I use this for school events?
Absolutely. Football, basketball, theater, dances, fundraisers, banquets - if it needs tickets, we handle it. We also support season passes and multi-event packages.
How do payments work?
We use Stripe Connect, which means the full face value of every ticket goes directly into your own Stripe account - not ours. The service fee and booking fee are collected separately from the buyer. Stripe deposits your revenue to your bank on your schedule.
Do you offer reserved seating?
Yes. We support general admission, reserved seating with interactive seat maps, VIP sections, and custom ticket types. We'll set up the seating configuration for you.
